Supports individuals and families who are fleeing domestic violence

Interfaith Coalition

Operates the Family Promise program, which provides shelter and housing for families with children who are experiencing homelessness in Whatcom County

Low-Income Housing Institute (LIHI)

Operates Gardenview tiny house village in Bellingham

Lighthouse Mission Ministries

Provides emergency drop-in shelter and meals for up to 200 adults per night at Base Camp, as well as multiple transitional housing programs and services

Lydia Place

Serving families with children with multiple programs including housing, case management, and mental health counseling

Mercy Housing Northwest

Housing provider for low-income residents in Bellingham and Whatcom County, whose projects also include some units set aside for those who are homeless-on-entry

Northwest Youth Services

Serving youth and young adults with multiple programs, including emergency shelter, a day center, and transitional housing

Operates the Whatcom Homeless Service Center and Community Resource Center and administers the Rapid Rehousing & Diversion Programs for households who are facing homelessness
